Ellerman House proudly introduces Curate, an elevated fine-dining experience that reimagines South African cuisine. Set within the striking Wine Gallery, Curate presents a meticulously crafted multi-course tasting menu that celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients. Each dish draws inspiration from Southern Africa’s rich culinary heritage and diverse cultural influences, offering a refined expression of place and flavour.

Guest Pantry

Head chef Kieran Whyte and his team delight in putting together all manner of tasty treats and savoury snacks for our 24-hour Guest Pantry. Prepared fresh daily, the shelves are stocked with homemade cakes, cookies and other confections, as well as jars of favourite South African candies. The more restrained among you can enjoy lighter options such as  date balls, fresh seasonal fruit and a selection of sugar- and gluten-free baked goods.

In addition to the array of naughty nibbles, guests can also help themselves to savoury quiches, wraps and tarts - perfect for a quick bite or to grab on your way out for the day. A fully-equipped tea and coffee station completes the offering.

Perched on Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, BAR ROC is the ultimate gathering spot for sunset seekers with its contemporary design and prime oceanfront location, this stylish bar offers plush indoor seating by wide stacking windows and an open-air terrace for balmy evenings. Inspired by classic Milanese bars, its terrazzo floors, solid brass accents, and mirrored finishes create an atmosphere of refined luxury. Whether its sipping a cold cocktail or soaking in the panoramic views, BAR ROC is an experience that is not to be missed. Advanced booking is essential
