With more than 10,000 bottles of South African wine in our collection, one might say we’re a bit obsessed. Perhaps it was inevitable that we create our own. And perhaps it was kismet that one of the country’s brightest young winemakers, Erika Obermeyer crossed our path just as we were challenged to create a blend that speaks to Ellerman House.
We still cannot contain our excitement over the release of The Ellerman 2018 by Erika Obermeyer Wine. Awarded 5 stars by the prestigious Platter’s Wine Guide for 2021, this red blend is elegant, multi-layered and approachable … just like Ellerman House itself!
