The carefully-considered treatment menu has been designed by our expert in-house team – most of whom have been a part of the Ellerman House family since the establishment of the spa 17 years ago – to provide an escape from life’s everyday distractions. From indulgent facials and restorative massages to body wraps, scrubs, reflexology and sound therapy, every element of the menu serves to soothe the senses and revitalize the soul. Classic personal grooming services such as manicures, pedicures, waxing and lash tints are, of course, also available.
Great care is taken in delivering an experience of the finest quality, which is why every product used in the spa and available to purchase in our retail area is meticulously selected by Spa Manager, Vicky Dennett, and her team. Award-winning South African brands such as Environ, Bellabaci and Healing Earth feature alongside a range of international products and tools – including the renowned medical-grade, anti-ageing skincare system from QMS Medicosmetics – that perfectly complement the magical hands of our therapists.
Under Vicky’s gentle and intuitive guidance, the team caring for our guests in the spa are tuned in to the specific needs of each individual and trained to respond to their requirements, both physical and emotional. Finding connection with each guest ensures that every treatment is a soul-soothing experience as well as providing realignment for body and mind.
